A process of self understanding to position yourself.

It is a process that is created with a very clear objective: to know more about yourself in order to be able to differentiate from others and achieve selfpositioning in the labour market – be it the looking for a job moment or simply considering a professional change.

It is a very structured process which is formed by the following phases:
  • Deep Interview
    It is based on powerful questions that will help you reflect and improve yourself consciousness
  • Feedback and Self-Evaluation
    The interviewer will provide feedback and the interviewee will work on conclusions. The objective is to reach the self positioning, based on self understanding in order to develop personal branding.
  • Development of the CV and of the Networks Profile
    Based on the previous process.
